We are a fully licensed real estate firm that manages rental properties and performs renovation projects in Jackson, Tennessee and the surrounding areas.  We have 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom, single-family properties and 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom, multi-family properties available.  We have properties that rent from $700 per month to $4,200 per month.  We also specialize in Section 8 rentals​.

Our number one goal is TENANT SATIFACTION!  We want to put you in a property that you will enjoy and that you will want to stay in long term.  While you are there, we will always make sure to take care of any repair needs or issues you may have.
