We require a 12-month lease on all properties. At the end of the initial term, tenants are not required to sign another 12-month lease — you can stay on without locking back in. When you decide to move, you are required to give notice in accordance with your initial lease agreement.
Security deposits are equal to one month's rent unless otherwise posted on the specific property listing. Section 8 (JHA or THDA) applicants have the option to split their deposit into two separate payments made within ten calendar days of approval.

If you see one of our signs around town, it may be a permanent fixture, a recently rented property, or it could be undergoing renovations to be ready at a later date.
