We proudly manage Rental Properties in West Tennessee for individual owners. Our website stays up-to-date with availability and current photos of each property available For Rent. If you see one of our signs around town, it may be a permanent fixture, a recently rented property, or it could be undergoing renovations to be ready at a later date. Our number one goal is Tenant Satisfaction. We pride ourselves in assisting perspective tenants through the start of their moving process in order to find a rental home they’ll enjoy living in for years to come. We require a 12-month lease to be signed on all properties, but we do not require tenants to lock back into another 12-month lease at the end of their initial term-at whatever point a tenant decides to move, they would be required to give notice in accordance with their initial lease, whether they live in the property one or multiple years. Deposits on our properties are equal to one month’s rent, unless otherwise posted. Upon approval, a property of interest does have to be physically toured to make sure it’s the perfect fit for your family’s needs, before we are able to accept any kind of deposit on said property. A deposit does have to be paid in order for us to hold a property. Section 8 (JHA or THDA) applicants are able to split their deposit into two separate payments made within ten calendar days, if needed.
