Open Market applicants pay a $30 credit and background check fee. There is no application fee and no credit check fee for Section 8 (JHA or THDA) applicants.
We review applications within 1 to 3 business days. After submitting, our leasing office will contact you with next steps or to request any additional documents needed.
All applicants need a valid Driver's License or State ID. Section 8 applicants also need their housing voucher. Make sure to submit all requested documents at the time of application — incomplete applications will be declined and require re-applying.
Yes. We accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers on most of our rental properties across West Tennessee. We work with both JHA and THDA voucher holders with no application fee. Visit our Section 8 page for full details.
