  • Every applicant 18 and older who will be living in the unit submits their own application. A driver's license, state ID, or passport all qualify as photo ID.

  • Our team reviews your credit and background check results directly within 1 to 3 business days. We don't use automated approval. If you're approved, we contact you and walk you through signing the lease.

  • Open Market rentals are standard privately-rented properties where the tenant pays rent directly. Section 8 rentals use a Housing Choice Voucher issued through JHA (Jackson Housing Authority) or THDA, where the housing authority pays a portion of rent on the tenant's behalf. If you have a Section 8 voucher, use the Section 8 application instead.
